Heart 2 Hand hosted a powerful evening of music, culture and compassion at Fountain of Life Church in Leytonstone, and it was a night to remember.
In partnership with Fountain of Life Church, we brought together people from all walks of life, uniting community, purpose and generosity under one roof to raise vital funds and support this vibrant local church.
Guests were welcomed into a beautifully decorated space and treated to a delicious three course table service meal.
The soulful sounds of David Kofi, renowned jazz saxophonist and regular performer at London’s prestigious 606 Club, lifted the atmosphere to something truly special. His live set wove through the evening, smooth, moving and utterly captivating, setting the tone for a night that stirred both heart and soul.
A lively raffle added to the joy, while stories from Ghana reminded everyone of the impact being made and the lives still waiting to be transformed.
Every penny raised went directly to His Majesty’s Happy Home in Ghana, helping to build new classrooms for children in care, offering them dignity, space and a real chance at education.
But it wasn’t just about the fundraising. It was about community. Joy. Hope. It was about strangers becoming friends, churches linking arms, and people uniting in action.
To every guest, volunteer, musician and donor – thank you. You’ve made a lasting difference. And this is only the beginning.
A Groovy Christmas: Festive Giving in Full Swing
Our Christmas fundraiser brought people together in a powerful way, a joyful evening filled with music, community and purpose to usher in the festive season. The event was a follow-up to our sold-out jazz dinner earlier in the year, this time wrapped in the warmth and cheer of the festive season.
At the heart of the night was Femi Osinaike, the celebrated saxophonist known for his performances at London’s renowned 606 Jazz Club, Jazz café, and other high profile music venues. Femi’s soulful, uplifting music set the perfect tone, a blend of festive classics and smooth jazz that stirred both joy and reflection. His performance was a true highlight, moving many and creating an atmosphere of hope and togetherness.
Guests were welcomed with beautifully served table refreshments, Christmas-themed décor, and the glow of community spirit. Raffles, games and video updates from Heart 2 Hand added depth and connection to the cause.
This wasn’t just a concert, it was a celebration of impact, a gathering of generous hearts determined to make lasting change, while raising the profile of Heart 2 Hand and the local church.
