EXCITING TIMES AHEAD!
On Thursday 9th July 2026, Sarah Beecham will be stepping out on a sponsored walk in support of Heart 2 Hand and His Majesty’s Happy Home in the remote village of Odumase, Ghana.
But this is more than just a walk.
Every step taken represents a child whose education and future depend on support. For many of these children, staying in school is not guaranteed. Without help, the opportunity to learn, grow, and build a better future could easily slip away.
This walk is a step towards changing that story.

Why We’re Walking
At His Majesty’s Happy Home, over 250 children attend school, many from deeply impoverished backgrounds, including 35 orphaned children who rely on consistent care and support.
Through the support of Heart 2 Hand and its donors, over £50,000 has been raised to build a new school, creating a safe and dignified place for children to learn.
For these children, school is more than a place of education.
It provides stability, safety, and a sense of hope for the future.
Without continued financial support, that hope is at risk.

It costs just £84 per year to provide a child with the essential resources they need to remain in school.
This includes learning materials, support, and the opportunity to continue their education with dignity.
