At Heart 2 Hand we aim to fund sustainable models of support, however we also believe in demonstrating love in the moment!

Following an evening of outreach in Cape Town (SA), we returned to the car feeling so humbled. A lady, instead of asking for an extra egg mayo sandwich for herself, asked us to take it to another location where a mother is rough sleeping with her children. Pure selflessness.

We believe that anyone can serve, anyone can lend support, and regardless of age, race, or background…, you can be part of positive change!
