Football has the power to bring people together and it can also help change lives!

The power of community never fails to blow us away!!

On Saturday 11th July 2026, Global Football Academy will host “Play for Purpose”, a charity football tournament supporting the humanitarian work of Heart 2 Hand in the remote village of Odumase-Korobo, Ghana.

At the centre of this story is Kayode Busari, whose passion to support orphaned and vulnerable children inspired an incredible fundraising effort. With school fees costing just £84 per child for an entire year, what seemed like a small amount quickly became life-changing for families and children in need.

Through determination and generosity, Kayode and his family raised an outstanding £4,313, helping children gain access to education, opportunity, and hope for the future.

Now, the Busari family are partnering with leading coaches at Global Football Academy to continue that impact through football.
